Rank for what makes money. Not what fills dashboards.

Most agencies optimize for keyword volume. We optimize for purchase intent. Built for D2C, Shopify and Amazon brands that measure SEO in dollars, not rankings.

Three reasons your SEO isn't paying for itself.

More traffic does not automatically mean more revenue. Most SEO programs fail not through lack of effort, but because the wrong work gets done first.

Keyword strategy

You're ranking for words that don't buy.

Page one for keywords with no purchase intent is page one for nothing. The traffic comes, the wallets do not. Most agencies confuse volume with value and bill you for the difference.

Your top keyword shouldn't start with “how to”

Technical SEO

Google can't crawl what it can't render.

A four second LCP. Render-blocking JavaScript. A robots.txt that quietly excludes your most important pages. The fixes are obvious to anyone who has looked at your site. Most agencies have not looked.

If we can't see it, neither can Google

Authority

Content nobody links to. Pages that orphan.

Thin content, orphaned URLs, internal links pointing nowhere strategic, and a backlink profile built on directory submissions from 2017. We rebuild the architecture before touching a single keyword.

Authority isn't claimed, it's built

Concrete work. Not strategy decks.

Four work streams that ship in parallel. Quick wins land in week two. Compound wins show up between months three and six.

Technical SEO

The plumbing nobody else fixes.

  • Full crawl and render audit
  • Core Web Vitals: LCP, INP, CLS
  • Schema markup and structured data
  • Robots.txt, sitemap and canonical hygiene
  • Site speed and render-path audit

On-page optimization

The most under-used lever in SEO.

  • Product, category and collection page rewrites
  • Title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy
  • Internal linking architecture rebuild
  • Image optimization and alt text
  • Cannibalization detection and consolidation

Content and keyword strategy

Buyer intent, not search volume.

  • Buyer-intent keyword research, commercial over informational
  • Topic cluster mapping and pillar architecture
  • Quarterly editorial planning, monthly delivery
  • Long-form production: pillar pages and blog
  • Killing content that is hurting you, often 30 to 60% of existing pages

Authority and off-page

Links earned, not bought.

  • Digital PR and content-led outreach
  • Strategic guest contributions on relevant publications only
  • Brand mention monitoring and reclamation
  • Competitor backlink gap analysis
  • Zero PBNs, zero link farms, zero domain risk

How an SEO engagement actually goes.

Real timelines, not vague promises about months four to six. By day eight we are shipping work, not scheduling discovery calls.

  1. Days 1 to 7

    Audit and setup.

Full technical audit: crawl, render, Core Web Vitals, schema. Backlink profile review. Content gap analysis against your top three competitors. By the end of week one you have a written action plan with priorities, owners and timelines.

  2. Days 8 to 30

    First wave shipping.

Quick wins ship in week two. On-page fixes go live, schema gets deployed, the most painful technical issues get resolved. Content strategy locked, buyer-intent targets agreed, first content commissioned.

  3. Months 2 to 3

    Compound.

Content shipping, backlinks acquired, internal linking restructured, cannibalization cleaned up. By month three you should see the first real ranking movement on competitive terms and the traffic mix shifting from informational to transactional.

  4. Months 4 to 12

    Scale and sustain.

Bi-weekly cadence becomes monthly. Rankings compound, new keyword targets open up, authority builds. Revenue follows rankings, not the other way around.

From nowhere on Google to page one in 14 months.

A North American D2C luggage brand came to us in late 2024 with no SEO program at all. No on-page work, no technical optimization, no blog, and nowhere on Google for any commercial keyword that mattered. Fourteen months later: page one, and revenue more than tripled.

Thank you for saving me from the worst marketing teams that never knew anything. I am glad I met you.

The stack we work in every day.

We do not pretend to use every tool in existence. These are the ones the team has years of operator experience in, and the ones we will use on your account.

Honest about who this is for, and who it isn't.

Most agency pages only say who they are for. The second column is what makes the first one credible.

SEO that compounds

  • D2C, Shopify and Amazon brands of any size
  • Brands with a real product and a real value proposition
  • Founders who understand SEO is a six to twelve month compounding game
  • Companies willing to invest in real content, not just keywords
  • Regulated categories most agencies refuse: vape, cannabis, supplements

Looking for shortcuts

  • Want page one in 30 days. SEO genuinely does not work that way
  • Will not invest in content. SEO without content is plumbing without water
  • Want a 40 page monthly slide deck. We do not produce those
  • Looking for a growth hack or a black-hat shortcut
  • Need an account manager. You will work directly with the operator

The questions every founder asks.

If we are missing one we should be answering, raise it on the audit call.

How long until I see results?

First quick wins, technical fixes and on-page optimization, show within four to six weeks. Real ranking movement on competitive commercial terms takes three to four months. Sustained revenue impact arrives from month six onward and compounds from there. Anyone promising faster is either lying or risking your domain.

Do you do link building?

Yes, earned rather than bought. Digital PR, content-led outreach and strategic guest contributions on publications your customers actually read. We do not touch PBNs, link farms, or anything that puts your domain at risk.

Is AEO and GEO included?

Different page, different scope. Classic SEO and AEO or GEO have natural overlap in entity work, schema and content quality, but they are separate engagements with separate deliverables and different success metrics. Most clients run both.

Do you work with regulated industries?

Yes, including cannabis equipment, supplements, vape and other categories most agencies politely refuse. Because ad policies do not apply to SEO, the playing field is more even than people assume. The harder part is knowing the content rules and the link-building constraints.

What is your reporting cadence?

We do not send written reports. Most clients cannot read SEO reports anyway, and we would rather spend that time fixing things than formatting PDFs. Bi-weekly strategy calls for the first two months, then monthly, with a live dashboard available at any time.

Do I need to lock into a contract?

No. Monthly retainer, no lock-in. Our longest client has been with us four years and more, because the work is good, not because they signed something. If we are delivering you stay. If we are not, you leave.

What happens if my rankings drop?

Sometimes they will. Algorithm updates happen. The difference is what we do about it: identify what changed, tell you on a call rather than in an email, and ship fixes within the week. Recovery is the test of an SEO partner, not avoidance.

Tell us where your SEO is leaking.

A free 30 minute SEO audit. We crawl your site, look at your top three competitors, and identify the highest-leverage thing to fix first. No pitch deck, and no discovery call that is secretly a pitch deck.

No contracts. No sales pressure. Three slots remaining this quarter.
